GAwards: Official Rules

GSummit 2012 will host the first ever GAwards: Best in Gamification Awards. Please read Official Rules below:

Round 1: Crowdsourced Nominations
Nominations are open to the public through the List.ly app embedded on gsummit.com. Any person with a Twitter or Facebook account can nominate an example of Gamification in use within the specified categories. There must be a Company, Organization, or Person associated with each nomination. GSummit may, at its sole discretion, delete any nominations that do not fall within the category nominated.

Round 1: Crowdsourced Voting
To vote for a nomination, users click on the picture of the “thumb’s up.” At that time, if the user is not logged into List.ly, the user will be prompted to login via Twitter or Facebook for their vote to register. Users may vote for as many nominated apps or sites as they wish, but only one vote may be counted per user per nominee. GSummit may at its sole discretion disqualify any nominee or votes that appear to be fraudulent or obtained through the use of bots. List.ly nominations and voting will close at 3am EST on June 8th, 2012.

Round 2: Judges Voting
The top nominated products in each category will move on to Round 2. Round 2 will be judged by a panel of industry judges and experts. Their decisions are final.
