Play for a Cause (P4C)

Play for a Cause (P4C) is our signature hands-on exercise for attendees to learn how to innovate using game mechanics–while giving back (social good) at the same time. GSummit partners with nonprofit organizations to help them solve a challenge through our P4C session. This gamified ideation session is a win-win for everyone involved and has been an attendee-favorite at all our events. Space is very limited, so be sure to arrive to the session early. REGISTER NOW

We’re excited to have the following organizations join us for GSummit SF 2013’s Play for a Cause:

A Billion + Change is a national campaign to mobilize billions of dollars of pro bono and skills-based service by 2013 to address core issues our communities face across the country and around the world. Together we will transform how businesses leverage their employees to make a lasting impact on society by engaging, inspiring and mobilizing professional talent to build the capacity of non-profit organizations to better meet community needs. Future 500 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. They develop carefully-planned outreach strategies that anticipate stakeholder needs and address them proactively. In their intermediary role, they favor results over ideology. Visit Future500 online and follow them on Twitter @future500

The Learning in Afterschool & Summer Project (LIA) is an effort by afterschool advocates and leaders to unify the field of afterschool and focus the movement on promoting young people’s learning. This means offering opportunities not found at home or in school and applying our most recent knowledge on learning to our afterschool practices.
